My Holistic Healing Journey

Exploring the intersection of spirituality, medicine, and natural healing through a deep understanding of the soul and purpose.

Hi, I’m so honored you’ve found your way here.

My passion for medicine and natural healing began long before I ever opened a book on herbs or energy meridians; it began with my deeply spiritual and Islamic upbringing. From a young age, I was taught that healing the body was never separate from healing the soul. This sacred understanding sparked a lifelong curiosity in me: a desire to seek knowledge, not just of science, but of the esoteric connections between the body, the spirit, and the Divine.

That curiosity led me to pursue both academic and traditional paths of healing. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Zaytuna College, where my spiritual and intellectual foundations were deeply shaped. From there, my journey into holistic health led me to earn a Master of Science in Acupuncture, and I am currently completing my Master of Chinese Herbal Medicine at Virginia University of Integrative Medicine.

I became captivated by how Traditional Chinese Medicine views the body as a microcosm of nature, where imbalance in one area often reflects a deeper disharmony in our emotions, diet, thoughts, or even our connection to God. This realization grounded my belief that true healing is holistic, spiritual, and intentional.

My blog posts are my offering. A place where I share everything I’ve learned—and am still learning—about natural healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbal remedies, women’s health, gut balance, natural hair care, and soul-centered living. I write for the woman who knows that healing is sacred, health is layered, and that the path to wellness is not linear, but deeply personal and divine.
